1. Services

Perfect Pumpkins provides seasonal styling services, including the delivery and placement of pumpkins and related décor on your property. Our styling is based on your selected package, porch layout, and available materials.

2. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Due to high demand and the seasonal nature of our services, all sales are final.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because pumpkins are natural, perishable items and styling services are time-sensitive:

    •    All sales are final.

    •    We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once your order has been placed.

4. Pumpkin Quality & Lifespan

We use fresh, natural pumpkins that may vary in color, shape, and texture. While we hand-select each pumpkin for quality, we cannot guarantee their longevity due to environmental factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, sun exposure, wildlife, moisture).

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

    •    Ensuring the styling area is clean and accessible at the time of delivery.

    •    Maintaining the display after installation.

    •    Managing any potential critter or weather-related issues after install.

We are not liable for pumpkins that deteriorate due to weather, animals, or post-installation handling.

6. Photography & Marketing

By purchasing a styling package, you grant Perfect Pumpkins the right to photograph your styled display and use those images for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and promotional materials. We will not disclose your name or other identifying information unless given permission.

7. Liability

Perfect Pumpkins is not responsible for any damage caused to your property during setup or removal. We take care in all installations, but clients assume responsibility once styling is complete.

8. Modifications

Perfect Pumpkins reserves the right to modify the contents of any styling package based on seasonal availability. Substitutions will be made with equal or greater value in mind.
